Wesam is a highly skilled project manager, with over 8 years experience in property development in the Middle East having worked on a wide variety of Hospitality, Residential and Mixed Use Projects.

Wesam's primary responsibility at Ishraq is to assume overall responsibility for the development of the Holiday Inn Express – Bahrain. Effectively manage the respective Consultants and Contractors to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Prior to joining Ishraq, Wesam held a number of senior positions with prominent consultancies, including: Senior
Project Architect, at Davenport Campbell on a variety of
Residential and Mixed Use projects in Bahrain, prior to that Wesam worked in Senior Project Management roles primarily in Doha for HOK on the Doha City Centre Expansion project responsible for the FF&E and the F&B packages at the Marriot Courtyard and Marriot Renaissance hotels and with RMJM Dubai on the Monarch Hotel. Additionally, Wesam has worked on the prestigious Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

Wesam is a member of "BRANZ" the Building Research Association of New Zealand and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects.
