Stephen is a highly skilled real estate professional, with over 20 years experience in the property development and investment in the UK, Middle East and Asia, having worked on a wide variety of Hospitality, Retail, Commercial, Residential and Mixed Use Projects.
 As Projects Development Director for Ishraq, Stephen primary responsibility will be the delivery and roll-out of Ishraq’s development strategy for the Holiday Inn Express Brand across the region.
Prior to joining Ishraq, Stephen held a number of senior positions within prominent real estate and investment companies, including : Associate Development Director, for Sama Dubai on The Lagoons project responsible for the Hospitality & Retail portfolios, Owner’s Representative for Kingdom Hotel Investments and European Hotel Corporation joint venture on the expansion of the Four Seasons Hotel & Resort on the island of Langkawi in Malaysia and Senior Development Manager for Al Futtaim Group Real Estate LLC on Festival Centre in Dubai, which was voted International Shopping Centre of the Year 2008 and Retail Destination of the Year 2009 by Retail Middle East.
Additionally, Stephen has worked on many prestigious real estate projects such as, Dubai Opera House and Hotel, Cairo Festival City, Al Faisaliah Center in Riyadh, Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield and South Quay Tower in London’s Docklands.
Stephen is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
